Finding the purpose of the campaign

Conversations with residents and volunteers reveal different online and offline communication tools

In-depth interviews provided insight into Vondels' vision, as well as how residents feel about the organization and the communication among residents, their families, and volunteers. From statements and feedback, we learned that communication primarily occurs through emails and letters. Facebook and Instagram are also usedto connect with potential future residents.

We established that Vondels is not the most well-known nonprofit organization in the area. Social media is used infrequently, mostly for event announcements, and engagement rates are low, which reduces brand awareness. Based on these findings, we concluded that more content should be created on a weekly basis. This content should encourage interaction and follow a consistent structure in both style and information. By doing so, a sustainable routine for content production can be made.
